1. Agreement to Terms

2. About MBORMC
MBORMC is a custom manufacturer of pet-proof mosquito screens and dust-proof folding screen doors. We are based in Foshan, China, and serve customers worldwide. All products are custom-made to your specifications and shipped globally.
3. Orders and Custom Products
All products offered by MBORMC are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate measurements and specifications. We are not responsible for errors in measurements provided by the customer.
- Custom Sizing: Each product is manufactured to your exact dimensions. Please double-check your measurements before submitting your order.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp after placing your order. Please review it carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.
- Order Changes: Changes to orders can be made within 24 hours of order placement. After production has started, changes may not be possible.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will apply.
- Quotes: Custom quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- Payment Terms: We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipping. For OEM/ODM orders, payment terms may be negotiated separately.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other methods as agreed. All payment fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Production and Delivery
Production Time: Bulk production typically takes 15-25 days after sample approval. Sample orders take 3-7 days.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by method: Sea Freight (15-35 days), Air Freight (5-10 days), Rail Freight (18-25 days), Express (3-7 days).
We strive to meet all delivery timelines, but we are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
- Incoterms: All orders are shipped FOB (Free On Board) Foshan, China, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are quoted separately and are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide shipping quotes based on order size, weight, destination, and shipping method.
- Insurance: We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. Insurance can be arranged at the buyer's expense.
- Customs and Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
- Defective Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
- Measurement Errors: We are not responsible for errors in measurements provided by the customer. Please verify your measurements carefully before placing your order.
- Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact the carrier immediately. We will assist with the claims process.
- Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are not accepted due to the custom nature of our products.
8. Warranty
MBORMC provides a 12-month limited warranty on all products from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or negligence.
- Damage caused by pets beyond normal wear and tear (excessive chewing, deliberate destruction, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Color fading or minor variations in color due to natural lighting conditions.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics, is the intellectual property of MBORMC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. User Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the website.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Harass, abuse, or harm others through our platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
